  • I can't express enough of my gratitude with words to Larry at Lost and Found. He found the cell phone we left when we hadn't even realize, gave us a call immediately, and greeted us with smile like we are not careless and irresponsible people. It's when we reached the gate that we realized we also left a jewelry box with a watch inside. Calling the number on the website simply doesn't work (they are forever assisting other customers), if you lose something, call Lost and Found directly instead or leave a message for them. They will respond/return your call immediately. As I have been told, they keep stuffs for a month, and will mail my things to me as soon as I settle down (I'm an incoming freshman who haven't been assigned a PO box yet). So my stuff will soon be on the way!
