  • I purchased my house in 2014 and one of the first things I noticed was how much heat came in through the windows in the summer. Living in the Phoenix metro region I'm used to the hot summers, I just don't like the summer coming indoors when I'm around. I made a note to look at new windows for the house when time and budget allowed. I knew from online research and friends that getting new windows was not an in-expensive proposition and I would need to plan accordingly. In the spring of 2015 I stumbled upon EnergyOne when they were in the neighborhood going door to door. The rep left me some information on the windows and gave me the models of comparable windows from other manufactures. I did a little more research and decided to have an in home demo of the EnergyOne windows. When I scheduled the in home demo EnergyOne worked around my schedule and showed up exactly on time. I went through the window demo with a fully functional window and was impressed by the construction and quality of the window. I went ahead and had the demo rep do up a quote on the spot and the price I was quoted was on the very low end of what I had budgeted for new windows, the price he quoted me was for their top of the line product too! I decided to purchase the windows right then and there. I purchased the windows in early April and in the middle of May I got a call from EnergyOne saying that my windows had been manufactured and were on their way to Phoenix when could they be installed? I set up an install for the following week starting early in the morning. Two days before the install I got a call from EnergyOne reminding me that my install date was coming up and a couple of reminders on what I needed to do to prep for install (take down window coverings, open up space around the windows, make sure my animals were not in the yard). The installers showed up on the early end of their arrival window (early morning traffic in Phoenix is very thick). I did a quick walk through with the installers on each of the windows (7 total) and they were off and running. Several hours later the installers were done and my new windows were installed. Outside of the moved furniture and missing window coverings I couldn't even tell the installers had been there! As I'm writing this in late June it's 100F outside in Phoenix and the high today is expected to be around 110F (pretty typical for Phoenix). The windows are cool to the touch from the inside and the rooms with East or West facing windows are much cooler when the blinds are open then they were with my old windows. I'm very excited to see how my power bills compare year over year in the coming months. I would whole heartedly and highly recommend EnergyOne windows to anybody looking to upgrade their home.
