  • Went in to try out a particular phone. The nice gentleman with the iPad kindly tells us if we want help we're 7th in line.... We decline. Just want to see the phone real quick. Turns out it isn't operable, like half of what is there. The rest are surrounded by little huddles of people being helped by their private sales associates. Just seems so impersonal ya know!? We promptly left. The guy at the door opened it for us. One of the 2 stars is for you doorman.
