  • Started to unexpectedly rain within 5 minutes of us arriving. The cleared everyone off of the ice which is understandable due to liability...however the manager refused to provide a refund or a even a free voucher despite the fact that we clearly had just gotten on the ice a few minutes prior to purchasing our wristbands...Very rude and unprofessional, this was my first experience with the ice skating rink and I am very disappointed.
