This was by far my worst experience ever! I was badly ill with stomach cramps, vomiting and you know what. I came to this hospital and of course as usual, you have to wait to be seen. But not only that, when they finally did take me in and hooked me up to all kinds of tubes, wires and monitors, I needed to go to the bathroom. My mom went out of the room looking for someone to unhook me from these devices and was scolded by a nurse Jackie. She sarcastically told my mom "my name is Jackie!" And I am over there (pointing to her station)! I told her nicely that we did not know that. No one told us that info. This was my first time to an emergency room as a patient so I did not know the protocol. My mom was of course panicked since I was so ill. I can't even remember how many times I asked for water during my lovely stay. Each time I did I was told I they would bring me some but never did. After all my tests were done I asked one more time and was told I could get water since I was leaving, (meaning I could get it on my own at home). I thought that was very rude and I couldn't believe that they said that. Worst hospital ever! I will not ever go to this hospital if I can help it and I definitely recommend you don't! Good luck!
