  • Waited 5 minutes after signing myself in to the sushi side (three servers that made eye contact, but didn't acknowledge me) and then a minute standing in front of the cashier on the grill side (two people at the counter without acknowledging). The decent thing to do is a head nod, "we'll be right with you", or even a smile. None of the above happened. Absolutely unacceptable. Service here is definitely not even close to what it used to be. Not warm and not friendly with any consistency. Last couple times during the day were okay. Still not the same. Used to come here all the time and raved about this place to everyone I knew. Sadly, this will probably be my last time here. There's too many options close by.
