  • This bar is located on the casino floor of the Palazzo Hotel. It's a full on mixology bar and their drinks are some of the best I've had on the strip! Cynthia, who has been our cocktail waitress the last few times we visited, is a skilled mixologist with a rockstar personality. She informed us that they make all of their own syrups, and you can tell as nothing tastes artificially sweetened. If you are visiting around the Chinese New Year make sure to ask for the Peach Blossom special. This is one of the prettiest and tastiest drinks I've had; a combination of whiskey, elderflower liquor and peach schnapps with some decorative jack fruit. Although this bar is not visible from the strip, it is worth a special trip to the Palazzo. You won't be disappointed by their high quality mixology drinks.
