  • Save yourself the time and money, do NOT go to HotBox! I have given Jacquie 3 chances and she was late to every single appointment, the first time 20 minutes and the last time almost an hour and today she text me 4 minutes before my appointment time letting me know she would be late again, which was the last straw! No respect for someone's time, they are extremely expensive and my hair was mediocre at best...definitely better stylists out there!
