rev:text	My wife and I attempted to dine here yesterday and it went very badly. First, it took more than 10 minutes to be seated because no one was monitoring the hostess station. My wife had to grab a waitress to help. Next, our waitress brought us to a table and took a drink order. Then, it was another 15 minutes until she came by for our food order. Then my wife and I went to the restroom to wash our hands. A while later, the waitress refilled our drinks. After 30 minutes of waiting for our food, while other tables seated after us were getting their food order, my wife asked another waitress what was happening because our waitress wouldn't stop by our table. That waitress said that our waitress thought we had left. However, she had previously refilled our drinks and was walking past our table when serving other customers. It just didn't add up. While one of the wait staff offered to buy our meal, we turned it down. The waitress assigned to our table never came by when all of this was going on. In the end, we went up the street to Taco Bell, where the service was much better. I do consulting and conclude that the restaurant's management is weak. There's a lack of customer focus and the wait staff isn't being held accountable.
