  • Heist is in a beautiful, beautiful building. That's, essentially, the only positive. In a city like Charlotte that has a dozen or more breweries, you can easily find better beer literally down the road. Food is overpriced. In a neighborhood like NoDa, known for its funky artists and bohemian qualities, I'm always so disappointed to learn that it's brunch buffet has essentially no vegan options. Additionally, there's no menu to order from if you choose to not get the buffet. Go down the road a bit to Birdsong or any of the restaurants on North Davidson. You'll be happier.
