Came here with a friend for a mani/pedi. The vibe when you first walk in is pretty awesome. But that was the extent of the good feels for my experience. We waited a little bit and a girl named Frances came and got me. She told me to pick a color and then went over to her station to text, and proceeded to through the mani. She asked a few questions, making small talk, and ended up asking what I do for a living. After telling her I worked for a local police department she decided to express her dislike for police officers from this department as well as commenting on "how outrages the fines are" (maybe abide by the law?). I almost got up and walked out at this point. Looking back I should have.
On another note, the stations aren't very comfortable, and hers wasn't very clean. I'm short and the chairs are so low that my arm was at an upwards angle. She kept pulling my arm, but I couldn't get any closer! I also noticed my friends massage part of the mani was more than twice as long as mine.
The pedi was nice. Not amazing, not awful. The final issue was the polish never dried! About an hour after, I got a texture transfer and almost four hours later I went to itch my leg and it pushed the polish up! My toes have a texture on them too.
For $70, I'm so disappointed.
