  • We purchased an entertainment center in 2011 and recently discovered that the front of the main drawer which comprised a significant portion of this design was detaching from the drawer itself. Several wood pegs on both sides of the drawer had dried out and come unglued. Consequently the front of the unit threatened to fall off. We contacted the store which immediately made arrangements for repair at no charge. The repairs have worked seamlessly. Clearly we would have preferred that the unit was made better to begin with, but were very happy with the response by the store. Problems happen and its how well a company addresses those problems that makes a world of difference. So our heartfelt thanks to the manager Mary Hall at the Scottsdale store!
