| - Went here tonight with my girlfriend and dude friend!
(3 stars) Starting with the "meh" - the service - it wasn't bad, rude, mean, impolite, etc. but it was unenthusiastic. He did, however, throw a serving of salad chicken on my pizzas for $1.50 on request; appreciated that!
(4 stars) Next, the atmosphere was nice. It was very quiet with 4-8 other customers dining in the shop. Granted we were there from 7:15-8:15 on a Tuesday night so not exactly peak hours! In all, the place was clean, calm, warm, and decorated with enough interesting stuff on the walls to inspire conversation.
(5 stars) Finally, and most importantly, the pizza! Bae and I shared 4 slices:
Mac&Cheese - Felt like eating a nacho to me. Crazy cheesy and just greasy enough to perfect the crust by making it a bit soggier than normal.
Crab Rangoon - Most interesting pizza of the night - Really captured the "crab rangoon" taste and texture in a way that surprised me. Get at least 1 piece to share around with your friends next time you head to Ian's.
Smoked Brisket and Tots - Solid pizza! I would have loaded up for the next few days by taking pizza home if it had more meat.
Penne Alfredo - Jordandal ham was fantastic. Good savory satisfying slice, just like the Smoked Brisket and Tots.
