rev:text	At first I could have gave this place 5 stars just from the initial WOW factor, it is certainly cool, fun and the facility is well designed and nice and all that but my review dropped rapidly with slow initial service. I went with a group of people from work on a bit of a "Team Building" exercise and so we had a booth rented out for the night and so certainly we wanted service and to have a good time and that means we were there to spend some money which of course is the reason they built this place. Now please know I am super forgiving to slow service at a small place that's packed, understaffed and when people are visible trying and efficient but that is not the case here, this place has tons of staff, they are just slow AF. I mean like actually slooooow, like they move really slow, I saw maybe 2 staff out of about 50 that had the body language, speed and attitude of professional high volume F&B people. At the main bar they had 3 bartenders and one was great, the other 2 would barley qualify to be cashiers at Taco Bell. Another example is when we ordered our 2nd round of apps the person brought them out, we had to move the empty baskets on to our seats, she unloaded her tray and started to walk away and I said (nicely) "oh hey let me hand these too you" the response from her was just a shrug and the slowest movement possible, in and of itself not a huge deal but just a total miss for a place that was obviously highly planed to be a high volume place offering a fun vibe. Honestly I could give the place 4 stars because overall we had a good experience but they did so well in conceiving and build this place to then staff it with C-Team talent I just could not give 4 stars much less 5. If anyone from this company reads this review I'm telling you you obviously know you have a gold mine and even with everything I said here there was a line out the door for the place but instead of staying longer and spending even more money (and for our group money was no object) we decided just to go elsewhere because the service was so lame, oh yeah and the scotch options were weak, basically a cool place but could really use some high-end options and then guess what, you would make even more money!!!
