  • Breakfast gem. They seemed to have carried over breakfast recipes from the old Mary & Ted's diner which served Hudson for decades. Outstanding omlette. Pancakes. Coffee should be better quality. Longtime servers are consistently attentive and friendly. I don't tend to go here for dinners; other choices in Hudson win out. Go for breakfast! BTW, they don't nickle and dime you like Yours Truly for sides at lunch or dinner.
