  • This place is terrible. Long wait times is the best part of this place. Had 5 cavities filled, but started having tooth pain after they were filled. Went back in, told them how much pain I was in and how much over the counter meds I was taking (very high levels). They told me it was bad for my kidneys, but didn't offer to give me a prescription to help with the pain. Told me to live with the pain for another few weeks before I come back. Um what? I wasn't in pain until they worked on me and they tell me to take less OTC meds but won't offer me anything, but they are the ones that put me in pain but won't offer anything for it??? I'm NOT coming back, they don't care AT ALL about their patients, which should have been evident to me with the constantly long waits for appointments. I won't be back. I told them to cancel all of my appointments for my entire family. They could care less. They just lost my and my whole family's business for their lack of compassion and concern. Dr Jeffries should no longer work under a name of "gentle". Nor should she continue her work with the public. They don't care AT ALL about their patients or their well being. Do NOT come here.
