Abysmal customer service in the Service Department. After the receptionist puts you on hold for 10 minutes.....she will come back on and ask how she can help you. When you tell her that you have a factory recall service that needs to be scheduled, she will tell you that there are no "service advisors" available... every time you call... weekdays to weekends, doesn't matter. She will "take a message" and no one will call you back.
Appointment requests for recall-related repairs via the website will not get a response.
Only after I repeatedly requested a Service Manager, was I finally connected with a "service advisor" who was able to get me onto the schedule.
They have some real problems here.
