I had gotten a navel piercing at New tribe and the customer service i received right when i entered was very welcoming. I did a walk-in btw. Piercings are only by walk-in's i believe from what i read on their website. The gentlemen who greeted me was very enthusiastic and genuinely happy have myself and my friend come by. I was the only one who was getting the piercing done. I was given a consent form to fill out, and the gentlemen was very nice and provided me with useful information about the consent form- though it was a simple little sheet. He told us to take a seat and wait a bit as the artist was servicing another client. The wait was not long. I waited about 10 minutes before i got in. The lovely lady who did my piercing was Stacy; she did seem a little 'irritated' at the moment when she called me in, and she wasn't as enthusiastic about giving me my piercing as it seemed like she was reading a mental script of the procedure etc. She did answer my curious questions, and provided me with an aftercare card to care for my piercing.
Overall, the place is a great place to go, the equipment is sanitary, and sealed. And for the price you pay for the piercing, you are paying for not only the piercing but also the attention to detail of sanitation and their attentiveness to you as a client.
