  • I don't leave a lot of reviews, but these guys really deserve some good feedback. First off, I just picked up my newly purchased, used guitar (purchased online, not from Guitar Gallery) from their shop, after bringing it in for a set-up, and new set of strings. I had been trying to make some adjustments myself, but decided that it would be best to have a professional go over it, for quite a few reasons. So, pricing was very competitive, and the turn around time was much faster than I had expected when I brought the guitar in. Not only did they do a great job on the setup service, but Dave also went above and beyond, and made another small repair for me, just to make sure everything was perfect. Second, and this is maybe even more important to me. Everyone I met at the shop was extremely helpful, and very easy to talk to, with no attitude at all. Honestly, I find that walking into a guitar store can be a bit intimidating. Probably going back to my first experience with guitar shops, buying my first guitar back in high school, in the mid 90s (basically a pawn shop/guitar store filled with guys that seemed to thrive on making sure you knew how much you sucked at guitar. Kind of like the guitar shop version of the music store in High Fidelity). Anyway, it was great to walk into a store where everyone was helpful, and nobody talked down to you, etc, and obviously knew what they were talking about. This is definitely my new guitar store!
