New residents management and the front office is non-existent. Gave us the wrong move in date. Then would not admit their error and gave us a new date. The apartment was still not ready on that rescheduled date. Management stated they would send us a lease to sign. Nothing was sent. 12 phone calls made with no response. And that was for new residents. Please do not get involved in the same mess we did. Worst experience I have had. How can a company do business this way? Also when we were waiting at the office there were several tenants that were waiting to talk to management about different problems they were all experiencing Cannot overstate what an unprofessional office this is...
