  • This place is an absolute joke! From the moment you enter the building the receptionist is rude abrupt unpleasant an argumentative after about 10 minutes I was brought to the waiting room where I waited for almost an hour for Kevin Kon PA. While waiting we could hear the entire conversation in the room next door where he recommended the lady to go to the hospital. I had a brown recluse spider bite and he recommended me go to the hospital however his diagnosis was cellulitis. They did not provide the doctors notes however when I insisted and read the notes did not match my conversation with the PA. further there were notes in the doctor's recommendations that were not discussed with me in the room. The CNA couldn't be anymore rude if she tried. I wasn't feeling too bad before I got there but boy what a downer this place is! Did someone say health Care! Not here, more like a cattle Mart rushing people through. There was no patient care whatsoever with this experience, in fact the PA abruptly left the room and never came back. Kevin Cahn PA definitely needs to go back to school and get some bedside manner. Worst doctor experience ever!
