  • I lived in a studio here for about a year. It's a really nice complex with a convenient location. Not very loud or dirty. It's all wood flooring and no carpet so it's easy to clean up. I really like being able to keep my car in a garage parking area so it doesn't overheat in the summer. I haven't really had any bug problems or anything. There's also free food sometimes!! I just had a few minor problems with the apartment overall. First, the shower water is pretty weak. Second, the kitchen sink is too small and gets clogged easily. The wifi is decent but unreliable and disconnects you from time to time. The RU bus is never on time so I would just bike or drive. Sometimes I would wait for almost an hour for it to arrive, and it's made me late to class more than a couple times. I wish I could stay longer but it's so freaking expensive so I'm moving somewhere cheaper but farther away. If you have the money I would recommend.
