Well, its certainly gone down the tube. I understand ownership is probably focused on their recent opening downtown but they need to do some quality control at the mothership.
There were two bartenders and the instant I sat down they discovered a million things to do other than come over and take my order. They were really pointed about it too. Deliberately keeping their backs turned to the patrons, avoiding eye contact and all standard gestures that translate to "I'd like to order a beer." one bartender went so far as to open a drawer, pull out a pencil, step to the side, step back, and put the pencil away just to avoid having to do the five seconds of work it would take to pour me a beer and take my money. I waited 10 minutes and nothing.
The only saving grace is the waitress responded quickly when I moved to the dining room and the food doesn't seem to have suffered.
