  • Ordered the stretch w/rose and champagne service for our group of four adults and two kids. Our driver, George, was there waiting for us holding the sign I requested (an inside joke) instead of my last name. He introduced himself and shook all of our hands. We got our luggage with George and he loaded us up in to a really nice limo and handed me and the other girl, an 11 year old, a rose. She was loving that. The adults then cracked open the champagne and enjoyed the quick ride to the Palazzo. George was a hit, my little friend asked me multiple times if George would be picking us up on the return. We'd already asked if he would and he said he'd arrange it. We called Presidential about an hour before our scheduled pickup just to see if they might be able to pick us up early and George showed up about 20 minutes later. They even sent an email confirmation when I made the change. We rounded out the trip by the girls taking a picture with George so we'd always remember our trip. We'll use them again and request George. Sorry to see the reviews that aren't five stars, that was not the case with us at all.....
