  • I typically don't write bad reviews but I was so disappointed in the service I received. Ive been coming to this salon for 10 months and they have never did a bad job on my nails. I got my nails filled in last week and I told the new lady my nail was lifted and needed to come off. I also told her my ring finger appears to be green. She told me there was no Lifting so it was probably just bruised under. She stated the lifted nail she could just glue it down and it will be OK. I agreed because as I stated I've been going here for a while and spend plenty of money. Well not even a week later the pinky nail popped completely off and one of my other nails just cracked. Not my natural nail just the acrylic. When I went to get it fixed they repaired the black nail but its way longer. The next morning the other nail was broke so I didn't even bother going back. For me to be a loyal client I'm truly disappointed and will not be coming back due to the lack of care. I posted pictures of my nails the black and red ombre.
