  • And I mean negative 1 Star!!! Debbie is so unbelievably rude. I have had 4 encounters with her on the phone and each was worst than the last. Old Republic sent them to repair our clothes washer which would give and error code at the spin cycle. The technician told my husband that the impeller is plastic so the motor failure is high on our model of may tag. He also said the control panels fail regularly every five years. The diagnosis on our copy says pump not locking, control issues and all won't reset. Old republic calls us to tell us we either overloaded the washer or there was a power surge and they don't cover that. I called the infamous Debbie and left a message asking to talk to the repair person or see his report because he did not tell us any of that. Debbie called old republic annoyed that we were calling her so old republic called us back and told us not to call her. Unbelievable. Old republic said his report stated that our power control was dead so that indicates a power surge. I can turn on the machine and you can see the power controller works with the lights still working and is giving times of loads as you change it so that is incorrect. Now we have to pay for a provider we select to get another opinion. Don't bother with this company. They must be getting a lot of business from the home warranty companies because nobody would hire them. The customer service is deplorable.
