  • I'm only leaving 1 star because 0 isn't an option. The one time I visited the office back in 2014 the wait was over two hours before I was called back. I remember the Dr being nice, however this review is regarding the fact I just got a call from a collection agency for a $20 copay from that 2014 visit and a cancelled appt I had made earlier this year that they marked as a no show. When I spoke with Rhonda about this and told her I could provide phone records indicating the appointment being cancelled she told me they had already investigated the matter on their end and there was nothing I could do. Unfortunately I don't keep receipts from over 3 years ago for $20 copayment. But I guess it does make sense that an incompetent staff wouldn't collect a copayment at the time of my appointment. I would obviously never return to this office nor reccomend anyone else. They're obviously hurting if they need to send $20 to collections.
