  • Here's my tempe pho verdict: it's open at all the right times- late and Sunday's. It's sketchy looking as phok, but the pho is undeniably delicious. Salty, fragrant, flavorful. The beef is soft, though scarce, and tasty. Always get "to go" because the place quite honestly is pretty gross (turtles are cute but probably salmonella-ey). I wouldn't be surprised if I got sick eating here, but I wouldn't stop eating here. Beef pho: 4.5 stars Place: 1 star
