  • We purchased our car through the Costco auto program and Trudy Varin, in 2013. What a relief and a wonderful experience all the way through. I highly recommend this. We just purchased a second vehicle and did not go through Nissan. Although we love the vehicles, and had a wonderful buying experience last time, the service department is horrible! The complimentary car wash adds 2 hours to your oil change. If one"sales" person checks you in, they check you out. Meaning, you wait for your finished vehicle while they are on lunch! The service department closes at 6pm. They will not make an appointment for an oil change (should be 30-45 minutes, right? ) after 4pm!?! This was not one bad day, or one bad experience, but 2 years worth. Terrible service! Very disappointed.
