  • I checked out Eat My Martini last night (Saturday) after a friend recommended it. I went with a girlfriend. Overall, I was pretty happy with the place. Casual bar environment. As a martini lover, this place had a ton of great selections. My two faves of the night: Roy Boy (a lychee martini) and Lusty (a mix of pear juice and peach schnapps and so on). Martinis were $6 and mixed drinks were $4. Great value. The two cons: I love the music they played (a mix of top 40 and some others) but it was way too loud. I felt I had to yell at my friend who was just a few inches away from me. And it's a small place. Limited seating is available. My friend and I got lucky to grab seats at the back. But it was not overly crowded so can't complain. An fyi: if you're paying by credit/debit, minimum $20. And if you're driving, aside from street parking, there's a garage by Clinton/College. Overall, I think it's a good place for a night out with gal pals and cheap drinks (or pre drinking before going elsewhere).
