  • BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY IF YOU CANCEL YOUR CONTRACT ONE DAY When you signed your contract with this company, it encourages you to prepay ONE year ahead for the first year or later 6 months in advance. In its contract under clause 4 (back page of pink paper contract in greyish fine print of small font size), there is a clause that they will not tell you until you decide to relocate and tried to get back your pre-paid amounts for the reminder period. That clause basically said that you have agreed to the total forfeiture of ALL remaining pre-paid amounts, even you do not get any alarm monitoring service after cancellation. I moved and tried to get back my outstanding 4 months of pre-paid amounts. The company simply just give me the finger and basically said "go ahead, sue us and see if we cared." I will no longer want to deal with this greedy and arrogant company no matter how cheap they can be when they treat customers like dirt and basically laid out an unfair contract in fine prints for customers to sign unknowingly.. Felt like a big heel and got suckered by The Monitoring Center. Buyers beware!
