  • Do not ever use truly Nolen for anything. I paid what I thought was the balance on my account, but apparently I still owe them A little over $100. Instead of calling me, or sending me a bill they sent me directly to collections nearly a year after the bill was due. Poor business practice. Most people if they know they still owe money will pay the bill as I would have.I just found out from a bill collector, not from truly Nolan
