I'm going to leave a little constructive criticism but I'm going to sandwich it in between compliments!
Positive: the gym is gorgeous, the Instructors/owner seem upbeat and helpful and amazing! I walked into the cycle room and I was so excited, backlights, awesome bikes, great vibe! THE BIKE SENDS YOU A SUMMARY OF YOUR WORKOUT!!! amazing right?
Not so positive: MUSIC.... the class itself was fine, I got my sweat on but I was...bored.
I don't go to spin class to have a coffee shop vibe, I go to spin to feel upbeat and powerful and energized, to work on my fitness. Sure some slow warm up and cool down music, should be like 8 min of the class, but I was trying to get my heart rate up to that smooth tropical song from the Moana soundtrack.... and we were 35 min into the class. I was desperate for something with an upbeat tempo, there was literally 1 song the whole time that made me want to work it.
It's an easy fix and I hope it's helpful feedback!
Positive: I 100% would go back for yoga or another class to give it a second chance. The prices are more than fair and they let you try a class for free which is great!
