  • Dillards has some great selections in their store but I think they need to focus on their presentation. I took my mother in law to go dress shopping for my wedding and loved their special occasion section. There were a lot of sizes and different styles ranging from youthful to older. When we went to go to the dressing room all the carpets were stained, not vacuumed and even had trash on the floor. I was a little disappointed that the presentation of the store was poor. It took away from our shopping experience ans really made us want to go somewhere else. The carpets all over the store were dirty as well. For an upscale store located in an upscale mall, they really need to work on the overall look and feel of the store. I wish I could give a better review but if the place is dirty and doesn't display pride, it kind of turns me off from shopping there.
