  • Yummy! I shared Squid ink Spaghetti, Salmon & Ikura Fettucine and Black sesame blanc manger. This was the first time trying squid ink spaghetti, yum! I don't know how to describe the flavor to someone who hasn't eaten this before. The salmon & ikura dish was very well balanced. The sauce alone, would almost not salty enough. But that's what the ikura is there for, and then you got your salt flavor. I was very impressed at the balance of salmon, salt and cream sauce. If I had to dock any points, it would be on this dish. The salmon didn't seem fresh. It definitely wasn't bad, but it had that "fishy" flavor from non-fresh fish meat. The sesame blanc dessert was so well balanced too! The black sesame seed at the bottom of the cup isn't very sweet, but you get that sesame flavor. Then there's the middle layer that's some sweet. Then there's the thin top strawberry sweet layer. That top layer is almost too sweet, but it's great mixing or going back and forth with the low sweet black sesame at the bottom. Out of 5 rating: Flavor = 4.7 Service = 4 Ambiance/decor/cleaniness/music/etc. = 4
