  • Took our dog in yesterday and won't be back. My wife was super upset. The lady called us while we were at breakfast and told us "we need to come get him NOW because he barks at the other dogs". When we arrived, the same lady had our dogs cage completely covered in a blanket so he couldn't see out, and she was yelling at another dog who peed in his crate because it was scared. She was having a fit because she had to wash him again. A third dog was yelping because they were roughly pulling his hair while grooming him. Thanks but no thanks. No reason to treat customers and animals with disrespect.
