  • Eh. I've never been a huge fan of L&L and when I'm back in California I would rather eat at Ohno's or Ohana's. The same can be said with this one. I got a mini chicken-katsu with a taro boba. I definitely don't recommend the boba at all. I only got it because the boba place across Happy Valley Rd, Urban Boba Tea House, was closed and I was craving some. The macaroni salad was decent, the rice was too dry, and the katsu sauce was overly sweet. The chicken katsu was breaded and fried ok. The service was friendly though. Next time however, I'm going to Leo's Island BBQ on Bell.
