  • This is honestly the worst property management company in Arizona. They ignore problems for months and look for the cheapest fix. My apartment flooded every time it rained and I had ongoing conversations with the "president." Ultimately, my dresser was ruined by flooding and after months, I gave up trying to get them to fix anything. I moved out as soon as I could. The parking lot at my complex was also a flooded mess. It wasn't paved, so my car was constantly stuck in mud or covered in dust. They told me over and over again that they would fix the parking lot, but ended up just putting another layer of dirt over the potholes. I have photos of my car literally parked in a lake. I spent over $1,200 a month to live in a ramshackle. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.
