  • We finally wanted to try Appalachia Cookie Co. We were very excited to try it. We purchased 6 cookies. 2 Ron Swansons (bacon & chocolate chip), 2 Macadamia nut cookies, 1, cheesecake, and 1 chocolate chip. We were disappointed by the Ron Swansons. Not sweet enough, not enough chocolate chip. The Macadamia and chocolate chips were a hit. Cheesecake was a big miss. The service was OK. But it took about 30 minutes from the time we ordered to the time we got the cookies. Not sure how long it takes to bake. At home it only takes about 10 minutes! But the young man at the counter was professional. We may give it another try when the sweet tooth starts up. But before then, we'll probably try some other competitors in the area.
