  • I got three different quotes for seven windows and my patio door, and Window World was, as they say, "Simply the best for less.". They called before the timeframe of 6-8 weeks before they'd be ready and scheduled me in less than a week later. It took a bit longer than anticipated. Two people came and one seemed to be the installer, and the other a helper. The helper I think got fired while on the job here, and then someone else came to help finish the job. They did a great job and were super friendly. The guy had to come back the next day to bring a part that they didn't have in prior to coming out & also readjusted a window lock for me that wasn't locking correctly. I got a letter about 1-2 months later that the incorrect patio glass was installed and I could get refund or have the correct one installed. I opted for the refund, then received a call that I received that letter in error and it was my bathroom window glass that I would be refunded for, not the patio, which was fine. I super appreciated the honesty and friendliness and would go with them again when I buy my next home and need new windows! I gave 4 out of 5 only because of the slight errors that happened. Otherwise I am a happy customer and would refer them!
