  • Very disappointed with this place. The owner, Scott Fredricks, came out and gave me a price quote. He said he wasn't sure he could make the date that I wanted but would let me know what date they could start cleaning my home. A few weeks passed by and no response. I called Scott and got a voicemail. I left a message and waited another week with no response. I called the main number I found on the Internet for sales. I thought I would give them a chance in case something had happened. They said they would give the message to Scott Fredericks again and another week has passed and no call back or email. It is now 7 weeks since I signed the contract. I think I have given them more than enough opportunities and I'm very disappointed. I would not recommend them to any one.
