  • Don't get me wrong, the food was super delicious, but I think what really made this dining night out into a rich experience was the ambience&decor. This place is essentially the palace of hole-in-the-wall restaurants. Such a wonderful eclectic mix of stuff as I have never seen outside of Midwestern Cracker Barrel-esque restaurants. It practically carries you off to another place! But let's talk food for a minute. The garlic bread. Best I've ever had, hands down, anywhere. The antipasto salad? Very delicious. Red or white wine with your meal? The wine is okay, but the presentation gives you that authentic experience which goes above and beyond flavor. And the pasta itself? A classic testament to Italian cuisine, with perfectly complimentary flavors. The cappuccino at the end of our meal was the perfect touch, though I wish it had come with a cannoli. My only critique? Don't eat here if you are cutting back on sodium. Holy meatballs batman, I loved the flavor, but was it ever salty. Make no mistake though, we'll be back!
