  • Ruben serviced my car from start to finish. I really did not have the best experience at the Mark Kia Dealership. However Reuben single handedly managed to turn this situation from a negative experience into a positive one. He ensured my car got fixed at a discounted rate to make up for the inconvenience, (the part they ordered got delayed then his manager Justin wouldn't call me back & front desk girl at the main entrance was rude) however Reuben kept me informed with updates about the progress of my car throughout each day. He was able to accommodate my hectic schedule so I could pick up my car after their normal business hours. When I did pick up my car it was completely detailed. Rueben was very pleasant to work with and they are really lucky to have him. Everything that within his power he made sure to go the extra mile just ensure my satisfaction.
