We came on a Saturday night for dinner, and by the time we were eating, it became very busy. -1 star for the service: it seemed like the servers were very overworked. Not once during our meal were we asked how things were. And good luck getting your water refilled during a rush.
-1 star for the owner/manager screaming everywhere. At one point, bussers were clearing out an area of the bar and the owner yelled at them from across multiple tables to stop and clean a table instead....yelling right into my ear. I watched him yell across big distances multiple times, most of those times screaming right into customers' ears. While all customers are important, he was definitely focusing on getting all the parties waiting for tables seated and not at all focused on his customers already seated and trying to enjoy a meal.
The rolls themselves were very good, imo. But it seems like the majority of rolls offered are drenched in some kind of sauce, which makes it absolutely delicious. But as my friend pointed out, the quality of the fish could be bad and you would never know because all you taste is sauce.
