  • Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The gentleman at the counter was acting like helping me wasn't his job but a favour he was doing for me personally. He was rude, uncooperative and downright condescending at one point. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, please go down to Kingston to the shops near the beaches for your bike needs, this place is definitely not worth it considering the parts I wanted were not cheaper by comparison.
