  • We purchased our first hot tub in 1987. Ron has done extraordinary good by us. We've gone through three hot tubs and he has kept them all running. Too bad Peg K. had a bad experience. Sometimes Ron does have to call the manufacturer, but wouldn't you rather have him do that as opposed to just throwing your tub back together with spit and bailing wire? While our Master Spa was under warranty, we had to use their tech. He was a waste. Ron be da man!
