  • This review is for their SERVICE department, not for their sales department. I did buy my 2013 Elantra from this dealership and had a fine experience. It was my first time buying a car so I didn't quite know what to expect, but the process was not as awful as I had imagined, and at the end of the day I drove away with a great car that I absolutely love, at a price that was comfortable for me. I brought my car in today to get an oil change (your first one is free if you purchased the car there). The service associate (?) was super nice, friendly, and told me that my oil change was in fact free, and they would also be washing my car (sweet!). He showed me to the waiting room and said he would come get me when my car was done. ....1.5 HOURS later. Still sitting in waiting room, waiting for someone to come get me or at least tell me that things were taking a bit longer than expected and my car would be right up. I was just about to get up to try and find someone when the associate did come find me to tell me my car was done. The service was free, so I can't really complain, but they did not earn my business. I will definitely be going elsewhere for oil changes and, reading many of these other reviews, sounds like their repair and services in general take a LONG time, so be prepared!
