rev:text	Let me start out by saying we had a very bad experience at Moon Valley last fall leaving me to give them a poor rating. That's a long story having to do with damage to our pool while planting around it. But I believe the true value of any business is more about how they find solutions and work hard to restore satisfaction. That's why I'm writing this review now. Jason, the manager, allowed me to rant and rave all I needed to without arguing or getting defensive. Then he followed up by fixing the pool and replacing all my landscaping that was at risk. Just a week ago we told him about 3 shrubs that didn't survive the replant so, without hesitation, he had us come and select new ones. His crew planted those a few days later for us. Although Jason was not involved in the original problem, he took it on with only professionalism as he worked hard to resolve it. It says a lot about a business when they employ people like Jason and then empower them to make customers happy.
