  • I usually buy my baby's clothes at Carter's but in the Henderson location. However today I came into this location because I was visiting my mother and I needed some pjs immediately because we were playing to stay the night last minute. Of course I didn't have my stroller with me so since they don't have carts available ( which they should specially having many mommy's with babies as customers) I brought in a targets cart, it was the only one available and I couldn't be carrying my 20 lb baby in his car seat while shopping. So the employee told me I couldn't have the cart inside since it doesn't belong to them and that I would have to take it outside! She had a snappy attitude about it, watching me struggling trying to take out the cart and hold my baby in the other hand, no one even offered to open the dam door. I took it outside and didn't even bother to come back in! It's crazy that they don't have cart and how rude they are about bringing one in. I've never encountered this issues at the Henderson location. These people here very rude, unprofessional, and useless! Never coming back here again!
