  • Unfortunately we have been calling for a wile / months but miraculously I received a call after my reviews with pictures went up. One of your reps will be out today and hopefully you will stand by your products and replace or fix the issues pictured above. Hopefully we all agree that the issues (cracking, pealing, and bubbling in multiple areas) is not normal and should be covered under your warranty. After all it has only been 2 years since original installation. Hopefully we can get this finley taken care of so we can move on. But.. thank-you for your timely response on Yelp:)
